Studio version 9

I have just received an email from Pinnacle offering me an upgrade to
version 9. I have been through every version of 8 and I have yet to get it
working properly. A very short and simple capture will work some of the
time, but add a transition and the whole thing usually crashes.

Does anyone know if version 9 actually works, or will it be another on-going
beta release like the last one?

I've got it. It can be a little "buggy" when using the title editor and
setting menu links, some times I would have to go into the timeline and move
or delete links. I had problems writing to disk but they came up with a
patch for Sony. This is my first version so I'm still learning.

I just started using V9 several weeks ago - my first experience with
this product. The first captures I tried worked like a charm,
captured, edited, added trasitions and background sound and titles.
My third attempt bombed when I tried to burn a DVD. Not sure what the
problem is. I did get diffrent DVD's so that may be problem , but
there does appear to be some bugs.

I just started using V9 several weeks ago - my first experience with

Only thing that annoys me is that I only had 8 for a few months before 9
appeared.
